Description - Your Role Awaits

• Conduct both routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests in various areas like chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond-all within established protocols.
• Carefully analyze results for accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and maintain lab instruments through preventative maintenance and calibration.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for accurate testing as necessary.
• Thoroughly document all processes, mentor new staff members and students, and contribute to maintaining rigorous lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment while adhering to regulatory and accreditation mandates.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, complemented by ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• Attain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within your first year of employment.
• Maintain current certification throughout your tenure.
