HIRING 2 POSITIONS - 1 PROJECT MANAGER, 1 ESTIMATOR
Do you have experience as a Reconstruction Project Manager or Reconstruction Estimator working on interior and exterior construction?
This full-service restoration company is growing and they are looking to add both positions to the team.
As the Reconstruction Project Manager or Estimator, you will handle the reconstruction / rebuild or Estimating portion of damage caused to homes and businesses after water, fire and storm damage.
We are looking for someone with interior and exterior restoration industry experience that can manage crews and has fantastic customer service skills.
Primary responsibilities :
- Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction
- Provide priority response to customers and be their point of contact throughout the project
- Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects to include subcontractors
- Review job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process
- Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors and insurance representatives
- Manage production expenses including equipment, vehicles and other material assets
- Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines at all times
- Participate in recruiting, hiring and training production teammates
Requirements
- 3 years’ management experience working for a restoration company or remodeling / construction company
- Manage or Estimate reconstruction project
- Great customer service skills
- Ability to handle vendors, sub-contractors, schedules, etc.
- Project Management Course highly recommended
- Xactimate (for Estimator)

Pay : $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
