What You'll Do
In this role you will own and lead the EMEA sales incentive strategy, execution, and governance in Eaton's Electrical Sector. You will also drive alignment of incentive plans with business performance and behavioral objectives while acting as central authority for policy, process, analytics, and change management related to sales incentives.
Plan Design & Optimization
- Analyze effectiveness of current incentive structures
- Recommend and implement changes to align incentives with strategic goals and sales behaviors
- Stay atuned with external benchmarks and competitive analysis in key segments
Governance & Ownership
Maintain central ownership of incentive policy, templates, and deployment processesLead annual planning cycle and mid-year adjustmentsEnsure compliance with internal controls and audit requirementsAnalytics & Reporting
Develop and maintain dashboards tracking incentive performance vs. targetsProvide actionable insights to sales leadership and financeMonitor behavioral impact and unintended consequencesChange Management & Enablement
Act as change agent to improve understanding and adoption of incentive plansDeliver training and communication across sales, HR, and financeDevelop proposals and roadmap for digital solutions and toolsStakeholder Management
Interface with Sales Leaders, HR, Finance, and Legal across EMEACoordinate with global counterparts to ensure regional alignmentQualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalentProven experience in sales incentive management, sales operations, or commercial excellenceSkills
Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or equivalent toolsExperience in electrical industry or complex B2B sales environments preferredAbility to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive changeFluent in English; other EMEA languages a plusGreat learning and listening abilityLeading changesAbility to work in a highly international environment / in virtual teams / in a matrix organizationAbility to think and act strategicallyMust be strongly customer-orientedGood written & oral communications skillsGood presentation and influencing skillsFluent in EnglishWhat We Can Offer To You
