General Function

Partner with business units, IT teams, and vendors to translate business requirements into technical architectures that support operational efficiency and innovation.

Essential Area of Responsibility

• Partner with business units to understand operational challenges and propose technology-based solutions that align with company goals.
• Design, implement, and maintain workflows using Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, and SharePoint to streamline processes and automate tasks.
• Support proposal development by creating templates, advising on technical feasibility, automating repetitive tasks, and ensuring documentation consistency.
• Evaluate and implement new tools and platforms to enhance business efficiency and drive innovation.
• Provide training and support to staff on internal tools, workflows, and best practices.
• Document solution designs, workflows, and architectural blueprints to ensure clarity and maintain institutional knowledge.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and design end-to-end solutions that meet strategic objectives.
• Lead technology selection and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and compliance requirements.
• Offer guidance during implementation phases to maintain architectural integrity and ensure successful deployment.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovations that deliver business value.

Pay Rate : The annual base salary range for this position is estimated between 95k-105k . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. PE Systems considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
