Candidate Requirements

Must be able to work onsite 2-3 days / week or as needed
Strong communication skills – effective in both technical and business requirement discussions

Responsibilities

Expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement – Field Service and Customer Service modules

Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, development, deployment, and usage

Create and configure Power Apps / Power Automation (Canvas & Model-driven Apps)

Create and configure Power Pages for external and internal websites

Configure business process automation

Lead functionality discovery workshops and requirement gathering sessions

Understand business challenges, map solutions, and develop Power Platform applications

Participate in code reviews, enforce standards and best practices

Troubleshoot D365 / Power Platform issues, document solutions and collaborate with IT resources

Create design solutions and documentation for common use-case scenarios

Experience with DevOps in Power Platform (Power Pipelines / ALM Accelerator)

Develop and disseminate documentation on platform usage (requirements, recommendations, technical analysis)

Prepare mockups / prototypes based on requirements and demonstrate solutions that meet business needs

Adhere to best practices, define / refine governance approach for platform use at VDOT

Participate in Agile SDLC

Qualifications

Certification in Power Apps Professional or Power Apps Developer

Experience with D365 and Power Platform

Strong communication skills

Experience in DevOps for Power Platform (Power Pipelines / ALM Accelerator)

Agile SDLC experience
