Responsibilities
Expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement – Field Service and Customer Service modulesMicrosoft Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, development, deployment, and usageCreate and configure Power Apps / Power Automation (Canvas & Model-driven Apps)Create and configure Power Pages for external and internal websitesConfigure business process automationLead functionality discovery workshops and requirement gathering sessionsUnderstand business challenges, map solutions, and develop Power Platform applicationsParticipate in code reviews, enforce standards and best practicesTroubleshoot D365 / Power Platform issues, document solutions and collaborate with IT resourcesCreate design solutions and documentation for common use-case scenariosExperience with DevOps in Power Platform (Power Pipelines / ALM Accelerator)Develop and disseminate documentation on platform usage (requirements, recommendations, technical analysis)Prepare mockups / prototypes based on requirements and demonstrate solutions that meet business needsAdhere to best practices, define / refine governance approach for platform use at VDOTParticipate in Agile SDLCQualifications
