About the Role
The Sales Director will assist the Vice President of Sales in developing a sales presence to help facilitate the sales of Single-Family and Resort Residential Real Estate to buyers. The Director is responsible for generating both direct buyer and brokerage relationships and ensuring a seamless experience from initial product presentation through closing of the real estate transaction.
Responsibilities
- Identify and Develop Sales Associates to represent the organizations’ interest.
- Team Members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and coaching Team Members; addressing concerns and implementing a resolution.
- Create a business plan that leverages both experiential and structural operations in areas that have been identified as expansion targets.
- Develop and Execute presentations to identify prospective buyers and spheres of influence in each geographical areas of interest.
- Consult with Vice President of Sales and Marketing on budgeting / forecasting for the Sales Operations.
- Assist with the creation of marketing campaigns to ensure messaging and creative aligns with all buyers' appetite.
- Analysis of traffic patterns to ensure marketing dollars are being allocated in the most efficient manner.
- Partner with development teams on product.
- Work closely with specific brands and companies.
- Assist with grand openings and new phases to further activate sales efforts.
- Meet and exceed set sales goals.
Qualifications
10+ years industry experience including extensive experience in sales and marketing leadership roles.Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.MBA or advanced degree or equivalent work experience.National homebuilder experience is a plus.Required Skills
Strong understanding of the market for Single-Family and Resort Real Estate.Deep brokerage relationships throughout the U.S.Strong understanding of sales, marketing, capital budgeting, construction, customer service and design.Excellent analytical, creative thinking, leadership, problem-solving, interpersonal, negotiation, organizational, project management and time management skills.Manage multiple priorities in a timely and professional manner with strong attention to detail with limited supervision.Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Social Media.Ability to maintain flexibility, composure, and creativity in a fast-paced business growth environment.Proven success with hiring, coaching, goal setting, and Team Member retention.Ability to professionally represent the Falcone Group - Americraft and related portfolio internally and externally.Deep understanding of the product and services markets, including consumer behavior, trends, and industry best practices.Equal Opportunity Statement
