Job description

ArchWell Health is seeking an experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join its new, innovative outpatient center dedicated to Adults 60+ in Phoenix, AZ.

Job Highlights :

  • Outpatient position only
  • Adult patient panel only (65+)
  • Clinic Hours Monday-Friday
  • Small panel sizes that allow our providers to focus and build relationships with their patients
  • Full supportive care team that enables our providers to spend dedicated time with each patient
  • Cloud based EMR and other innovative technology
  • State-of-the-art facilities that are newly built and located directly within the community

    • Qualifications :

  • Provider must have an active, non-probationary AZ medical license OR have the ability to obtain a full AZ medical licensure
  • At least 5+ years experience working in primary care : internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine
  • Current BLS / ACLS certification
  • Family Nurse Practitioners, Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioners, and Acute Care Nurse Practitioners all  welcome to apply
