Your Role : As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be essential in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include :

• Administering medications and treatments as directed by healthcare providers.
• Monitoring and recording vital signs and medical information.
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective care plans.
• Providing wound care and necessary nursing interventions.
• Supervising and supporting Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols.
