Spring House Estates is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Security Supervisor position. Our beautiful, gated community is located in Lower Gwynedd, PA (just off the Route 309 Spring House exit).

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and directing the community's 24-hour security operation. Provides departmental leadership to ensure the security and safety of the community through adequate supervision, appropriate staffing, and carefully monitoring all security functions. Provides support during the evening and night hours to residents and team members.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of five years' security, law enforcement, or emergency services experience
• CPR, AED, & first aid certification (certification can either be completed prior to employment or within the 3-month introductory period)
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license

Pay Range

$20.60 - $25.40 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
