Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Trainee - Training & RBT Certification Offered!

• Location : San Francisco, CA
• Pay : $21.00 - $24.00 per hour, pay increase after you get your RBT certification!
• Job Type : PART-TIME (10 hours - 25+ hours per week)
• Schedule : Monday to Friday, sessions occur from 8AM to 8PM, and some weekends. Preference is given to candidates with availability 2 : 00-8 : 00pm
• Work Setting : In-home

You'll support children in developing communication, problem-solving, and social skills. We're hiring entry-level candidates as well as certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are ready to grow their careers.

What You'll Do

As a Behavior Technician at BTS, you'll work 1 : 1 with children with autism or developmental delays to build communication, social, play, and daily living skills through structured, play-based activities. Sessions take place in the child's home, clinic, or school, lasting 2-3 hours. We tailor your caseload to fit your availability and match you with age groups you're comfortable with, from toddlers to teens.
