• Deliver safe and effective nursing care to critically ill patients in the Medical Surgical ICU.\n
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and treatment responses.\n
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.\n
• Educate patients and families about care plans and recovery expectations.\n
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and evidence-based standards of care.\n\nWhat We Need from You : \n
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program\n
• Current California RN license (required)\n
• Current BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association) certifications\n
• NIH Stroke Scale Certification (or willingness to complete within 90 days of hire)\n
