Sustainability Intern - The Toro Company

We design and manufacture turf maintenance equipment, irrigation systems, lighting products, snow and ice management solutions, agricultural irrigation systems, construction equipment, and residential turf and snow equipment. Our products are sold globally through a network of distributors, dealers, retailers, and online platforms.

The 2026 Summer Internship Program will run from May 18, 2026, through August 7, 2026. Candidates must be available to start on May 18 and participate through the duration of the program.

What Will You Do?

As a Sustainability Intern at The Toro Company, you will work with a cross-functional team of engineers and scientists on projects that blend sustainability, product development, and applied research. Youll contribute to efforts that improve environmental outcomes through better technology, data, and design. In this role, you may :

• Contribute to TTCs sustainability strategy through technical deliverables, reports, and presentations.
• Support sustainability initiatives in partnership with TTCs engineering, innovation, and business teams.
• Advance global sustainability objectives across TTC by supporting projects such as :

Developing a proposed internal carbon pricing model.
