Education : A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Experience : Prior leadership experience in a customer service, retail, or restaurant setting is helpful but not mandatory—we’re happy to train motivated candidates! Availability : Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and / or holidays, as needed. Communication Skills : Clear, friendly, and effective communication with team members and guests. Positive Attitude : A can-do mindset and a willingness to learn and grow with us! Morning / Opening Shifts Evening / Closing Shifts Competitive Pay : Starting at $13.50 - DOE.
