The Director Of Product Management will lead a high-performing team of product managers responsible for the strategy, execution, and profitability of Consumer Lending products, including personal loans, auto loans, mortgage, home equity, and ancillary services. This role is part of a collaborate product leadership team, working in close partnership with the Director Of Deposits and Payment Products & Experience to ensure a unified and member-centric product portfolio. Success in this role is defined by the ability to drive innovation, deliver digital-first experiences, and optimize product performance across all channels. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in consumer lending and a strong background in digital transformation and fintech, with a proven ability to drive innovation, enhance digital experiences, and deliver results through cross-functional collaboration.

To perform this job successfully, the employee must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. All employees must be able to communicate face to face or through technology with or without reasonable accommodation. All positions that have lending responsibilities must comply with all requirements under the SAFE ACT, as well as the Credit Union's policies and procedures related to the SAFE ACT.
