We are a mission-driven law firm expanding our Civil Rights Division and seeking a passionate, entry-level

• What You'll Do

As a Civil Rights Attorney, you'll work on high-stakes cases involving wrongful arrests, police misconduct, and violations of constitutional rights—particularly around protest and First Amendment activity. You'll help clients who've suffered harm seek justice, while working toward systemic change.

Your responsibilities will grow as your experience does and may include :

• Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Interviewing clients and witnesses
• Reviewing police reports and body cam footage
• Taking and defending depositions
• Negotiating with opposing counsel
• Representing clients in court
• Assisting with trial preparation and trial appearances
• Helping to shape firm strategy for a new and rapidly expanding civil rights practice

You'll be mentored by an experienced civil rights attorney and backed by a firm with a history of forcing systemic policy changes at the institutional level.

• Who We're Looking For
• Bar admission in Nevada
• (or ability to obtain shortly after hire)
• A _genuine passion_ for civil rights, protester defense, and constitutional law
• Self-motivated, energetic, and driven to grow a new practice area
• Eager to develop professionally and take initiative on client work
• Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to build client trust and rapport
• Willingness to network and build your own client base over time
