Trillium is seeking a Corporate Manager of Maintenance & Engineering in Burlington!

This Direct-Hire opportunity is seeking a Corporate Manager of Maintenance and Engineering to lead engineering and maintenance operations across multiple sites, with a primary base in Burlington, WA. This full-time, on-site role oversees strategic planning, project execution, asset management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The manager will lead a team of approximately 36 employees, split across four 24 / 7 shift teams, and is responsible for driving equipment reliability, tool crib oversight, safety compliance, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities also include developing and executing maintenance strategies, managing budgets and vendors, and fostering cross-functional collaboration with production, quality, and supply chain teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead engineering and maintenance operations across multiple sites
• Oversee strategic planning, project execution, and asset management
• Drive equipment reliability, tool crib oversight, safety compliance, and operational efficiency
• Manage a team of approximately 36 employees across four 24 / 7 shift teams
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and supply chain teams

Schedule is 1st Shift / Monday - Friday. Annual salary is $115,000 $130,000 DOE.

Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field; Master's preferred. Able to effectively communicate with technicians and lead hands-on troubleshooting. Proven change agent with strong leadership and mentoring skills. Hands-on, "boots-on-the-floor" personality, actively engaged in daily operations. Minimum 5+ years in engineering and maintenance management within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Deep understanding of RCM strategies, CMMS platforms, and data-driven decision-making. Experience managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional collaboration.
