Customer Service Representative
Robert Half's client is looking for a detail-oriented customer service representative in the healthcare space! Responsibilities include : phone / email correspondence, customer service, administrative support, review paperwork, handle medical records, follow HIPAA guidelines, ability to make decisions, and proficient in MS Office. Start date : December 8th. Hours : 8 : 30am-5pm (M-F). Duration : ~4-6 months. Work type : remote. Pay rate : $22+ (depending on experience). Must be local to the Massachusetts area.
