Lead project meetings with owners, architects, and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with healthcare construction standards and local codes.

This regional GC is deeply rooted in Florida's construction market, delivering projects in healthcare, multifamily, and institutional sectors. They are known for their repeat client base, strong culture of leadership, and ability to deliver complex projects on time and on budget.

The Successful Applicant

5-10+ years of project management experience with healthcare construction. Experience with interior conversions, ERs, or clinical facilities strongly preferred. Strong leadership and client-facing skills. Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office.
