A company is looking for a Client Account Representative who is solution-oriented and organized, serving as a primary point of contact for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure client retention and loyalty by providing excellent client service through proactive contact and prompt responses
Oversee the accurate maintenance of client records and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and correct handling of reporting, transactions, and data processing
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent 5+ years' experience
1-2 years' experience in financial services, philanthropic industry, or trust administration preferred
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize work effectively
Flexibility to shift priorities and contribute to team and company goals
Strong business ethics and personal integrity
