Role Purpose Statement

The Quality Assurance Supervisor Food Safety plays a critical role in ensuring the safety, quality, and compliance of all food production processes within our airline catering operations. This position is responsible for implementing and monitoring food safety programs, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement across quality systems.

As a key member of the operations team, the supervisor will lead efforts to uphold regulatory standards including HACCP, FDA FSMA, USDA, and cGMP, while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Through hands-on oversight, coaching, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, this role ensures that LSG Sky Chefs consistently delivers safe, high-quality meals that meet both customer expectations and industry regulations.
