About the Role

We are hiring a Licensed Psychologist (LP) to conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for children with suspected Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental differences. This role is perfect for a clinician who is detail-oriented, empathetic, and passionate about making a difference.

What You’ll Do

  • Administer autism and developmental assessments using tools such as ADOS-2, ADI-R, CARS, or DISCO
  • Deliver diagnostic results to families with clarity and compassion
  • Prepare thorough written reports within 7 days of each assessment
  • Provide follow-up guidance to help families navigate next steps
  • Serve as a Licensed Qualified Autism Service Provider (LQASP) in accordance with NC Medicaid requirements
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team for coordinated, whole-child care
  • Support audit readiness and continuous quality improvement initiatives
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and uphold the highest ethical standards
  • What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s degree or higher in Clinical Psychology or related discipline
  • Active LP or LPA license in North Carolina
  • Experience conducting autism evaluations using standardized diagnostic tools
  • Strong clinical judgment, documentation skills, and interpersonal communication
  • Ability to work effectively and compassionately within a team
  • Prior clinic-based experience preferred but not mandatory
