About the Role
We are hiring a Licensed Psychologist (LP) to conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for children with suspected Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental differences. This role is perfect for a clinician who is detail-oriented, empathetic, and passionate about making a difference.
What You’ll Do
Administer autism and developmental assessments using tools such as ADOS-2, ADI-R, CARS, or DISCODeliver diagnostic results to families with clarity and compassionPrepare thorough written reports within 7 days of each assessmentProvide follow-up guidance to help families navigate next stepsServe as a Licensed Qualified Autism Service Provider (LQASP) in accordance with NC Medicaid requirementsWork collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team for coordinated, whole-child careSupport audit readiness and continuous quality improvement initiativesMaintain compliance with HIPAA and uphold the highest ethical standardsWhat We’re Looking For
Master’s degree or higher in Clinical Psychology or related disciplineActive LP or LPA license in North CarolinaExperience conducting autism evaluations using standardized diagnostic toolsStrong clinical judgment, documentation skills, and interpersonal communicationAbility to work effectively and compassionately within a teamPrior clinic-based experience preferred but not mandatoryBenefits & Perks
