Integration Engineering Manager

Basic Qualifications

• Expertise with design and manufacturing of complex weapon systems
• Extensive knowledge of mechanical engineering fundamentals including structures, mechanisms, materials and analysis
• Experience of mechanical design, mechanical integration, ATLO, and / or manufacturing experience
• Familiar with mechanical hardware itineration processes
• Experience with CAD modeling and drafting
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and customers simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to work in multidisciplinary product development teams
• Familiarity with G,D&T
• Experience leading projects or teams and driving action to closure
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

As the Integration Engineering Manager, you will provide first line leadership to a team of engineers tasked with supporting Hypersonic Strike Weapon Systems production operations in Courtland, Alabama. Duties will include :

National Pay Statement

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $122,900 - $216,660. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
