Operations Finance Director

A company is looking for an Operations Finance Director responsible for supporting the Operations team across various functions.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary financial business partner to the Operations team, including Planning, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Logistics, and IT

Lead financial analysis and drive continuous improvement in reporting for Operations Performance Reviews

Manage Capital planning, forecasting, and provide financial support for operational performance improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; MBA preferred

8-10 years of relevant finance experience in a manufacturing environment, including managerial roles

Experience with manufacturing P&L, cost accounting, and procurement analysis

Familiarity with ERP systems and corporate performance management systems

Strategic thinking and strong financial analytical skills
