The Head of Contractor Services will be creating and managing a comprehensive facilities contractor and vendor program, as well as sourcing and evaluating vendors and subcontractors to support ProTech's service offerings nationwide. This is a new position for the company, which will involve working directly with the leadership team. This role requires a strategic thinker who is highly organized, data-driven, and experienced in building strong vendor relationships in a fast-paced facility management environment. - Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and service providers across multiple facility service categories.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, service level agreements (SLAs), and terms to meet company goals.
- Evaluate vendor performance regularly, ensuring adherence to quality standards, compliance, and KPIs.
- Identify and onboard new vendors to support business expansion or improve service coverage.
- Collaborate with operations, procurement, and account management teams to align vendor capabilities with client needs.
- Maintain up-to-date vendor records, certificates of insurance, and compliance documentation.
- Implement and improve vendor management systems and processes.
- Resolve vendor-related issues and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
- Track market trends and recommend new sourcing opportunities. Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Supply Chain, Facilities Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3–5 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or subcontractor oversight, preferably in facility services or building maintenance.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with vendor compliance requirements and risk management best practices.
- Proficient in vendor management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and vendors simultaneously across different regions. Compensation : $110,000 - $120,000 yearly
