What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain a strong pool of qualified drivers to meet client needs.
• Be the go-to connection between clients and field staff, ensuring service excellence.
• Follow up on placements to keep relationships strong.
• Grow accounts by uncovering new opportunities.
• Resolve challenges for field staff with professionalism and speed.
• Handle all compliance paperwork with precision and timeliness.

What We're Looking For:

• Associate degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
• Transportation recruiting or staffing experience? Huge plus!
• A self-starter with the drive to win, the skill to connect, and the hustle to deliver.
