Senior SQA Test Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior SQA Test Engineer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute test plans and test cases while adapting to project changes

Document results, perform defect root cause analysis, and provide status updates to leadership

Mentor junior staff and interact with functional teams to ensure quality assurance objectives are met

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree with 7+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience or equivalent work experience

Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Software Quality Assurance life cycle (STLC)

Moderate back-end Software Quality Assurance experience and knowledge of defect management tools (e.g., Jira)

Understanding of database tools (e.g., SQL Server, Postgres) and fundamentals of programming

Ability to work well in remote teams and adapt to changing project circumstances
