Job Summary

Mazzetti is seeking a seasoned Project Lead & Senior Mechanical Engineer with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and leading high-impact healthcare projects in the Atlanta area. This role involves technical leadership, client engagement, and project management responsibilities, contributing to the success of our large-scale healthcare projects locally and throughout the southeast region. As a trusted consultant, you will manage mechanical engineering processes, represent Mazzetti's expertise, and ensure projects meet and exceed client expectations. This position serves as a springboard for other leadership opportunities within Mazzetti, offering a path to further career growth.

Work Location

This hybrid position is based in the Atlanta, Georgia area. The Atlanta-based candidate will primarily work remotely but will be required to visit the project sites occasionally. We are also open to candidates based in North or South Carolina, and candidates based in these locations must be willing to travel to Atlanta approximately twice a month.

Travel Requirements : 10-15% for Atlanta based candidates, up to 50% for candidates based in the Carolinas.

Compensation : The typical salary range for a Project Lead & Senior Mechanical Engineer in Atlanta, GA / North / South Carolina is $155,000 - $175,000+. We are committed to equitable pay and will evaluate final compensation based on relevant experience and skills in alignment with internal equity and market data.
