$68,000.00 / yr - $78,000.00 / yr

100% ONSITE IN ARLINGTON VA, CANDIDATE MUST BE US CITIZEN

Job Description

We are seeking an Architect / Interior Designer to work with our government client on site at their campus in Arlington, VA. The ideal candidate will have experience on commercial workplace, occupancy tracking, and client coordination. Candidates must possess at minimum intermediate level Revit skills. Parking on site included and site is on the same block as Metro.

Responsibilities

• Document and design office and amenity reconfigurations
• Site surveys and continuous REVIT support
• Office space assignment tracking and reporting
• Collaborate on small construction sets for design / build projects
• Team on-site BIM staff to develop templates and update standards within REVIT models
