A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Behavioral Health.
Key Responsibilities
Create emotional connections with members to support their health needs
Review member claim history and maintain financial data as necessary
Explain members' rights and responsibilities according to their contracts
Required Qualifications
1+ year of experience in a call center environment
Experience with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word
High school diploma or GED
