Electrical Engineer - PCB and Circuit Design
Our client, a leading company in the Oil & Gas industrial embedded systems and control technology sector, is seeking an Electrical Engineer – PCB & Circuit Design to join their team. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing robust, reliable hardware systems for industrial sensor and control products.
The ideal candidate will bring deep PCB and circuit design expertise, hands-on hardware development experience, and strong collaboration skills to support high-performing engineering teams.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom PCBs, including schematic capture, layout, component selection, and integration with embedded systems
- Apply analog and digital circuit design principles to meet performance, safety, and reliability requirements
- Ensure hardware complies with industry regulatory standards (EMC, emissions, safety)
- Collaborate with firmware engineers to support hardware / software integration and optimize embedded system performance
- Conduct system bring-up, validation testing, and debugging using oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and other diagnostic equipment
- Architect scalable hardware systems with attention to wiring, layout, signal integrity, and manufacturability
- Support production and test teams during NPI (New Product Introduction) phases
- Provide technical assistance for Sales, Production, and Service teams
- Support the production of designed parts and assemblies
- Maintain assigned equipment and work areas according to company standards
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience in PCB design, embedded hardware systems, and control system electronicsProficiency with EDA tools (Altium, KiCad, OrCAD, or similar)Experience working with embedded microcontrollers and peripheral interfaces (I2C, SPI, UART, etc.)Familiarity with wireless communication hardware and integration (BLE, Wi-Fi, etc.)Strong understanding of product safety, EMC / EMI compliance, and reliability testingExtensive programming skills a plusEffective communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple projects in a timely fashionWhat's in it for me?
