This position is responsible for assisting GDC Management with monitoring / reconciliation / reporting of daily Distribution activities. This position will also provide analytics to DC management that are Customer and Quality focused for all JDE functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Trains all locations serviced by the GDC in order tracking / entry and management of customer reporting shipping issues.
• Provides Customer Focused analytics including customer site reporting, shipment / product issue identification for all divisions serviced by the GDC.
• Provides recommendations and solutions based on analytical data of Distribution services.
• Create and provide Quality related metrics / analytics for Quality management reporting.
• Participates in both Continuous and Cost improvement (CI) projects related to Distribution services.
• Month End SOX Reporting and invoicing analysis.
• Conducts testing and Physical Inventory load of all counted data in the WMS / ERP environments.
• Develops scripts and performs system testing in multiple JDE and Korber test environments developing root cause analysis / correction on all testing failures.
• Performs all LMR product analysis / load in the JDE / WMS production environments.
• Reviews and performs manufacturing direct ship processes at the GDC. Order management / document creation and invoicing.
• Reviews JDE Operations Central programs, reconciles and communicates corrective actions to responsible DC shipping areas.
• Performs new item loads for all products / divisions serviced in both JDE and Korber systems.
• Raises SAP Cup request for new and existing users.
• Provides Monthly Back-Order Reporting for all BUs to Leadership.
• Update CSPPH Report - CSPPH PowerPoint Slides & NASC CSPPH.
• Update CSPPH report daily file with PTO, Regular, OT hours as well as including the breakdown for Domestic.
• Purchase Order Approvals.
• Provides communication to BUs and CS for any GDC issues, projects or scheduled downtime that will be customer impacted.
• GDC Project Support including SOP revisions and redlines, developmental training preparations.
• Facilitate Tours for GDC guests including presentation, agenda, tour details and tour path speakers.
• Lenel Administrator in conjunction with Office Coordinator.
