Senior Principal AI Developer

A company is looking for a Senior Principal AI / ML Developer.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and implement scalable applications using large language models (LLMs)

Design and optimize machine learning models and end-to-end ML pipelines

Lead data acquisition and feature engineering efforts while ensuring responsible AI practices

Required Qualifications

10+ years in software / AI development, with 3+ years focused on LLMs or deep learning systems

Proficiency in Python and / or Java, with experience in cloud-based data pipelines and MLOps tools

Hands-on experience with models such as OpenAI or Anthropic, including prompt engineering

Deep understanding of NLP and conversational AI systems

Proven ability to design AI systems with a focus on safety and fairness
