Job Title : Foreclosure Coordinator

Contract Duration : November 10, 2025 – April 10, 2026

Location : Irving, TX

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Pay Rate : $23.00 hourly, paid weekly.

Temp to perm, based on performance, attendance and business needs.

Position Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Foreclosure Coordinator to join our team in Irving, TX. This role is responsible for providing administrative support throughout the foreclosure process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate or foreclosure operations and a strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support daily operations related to foreclosure case processing.
• Review and compile foreclosure-related documentation.
• Examine real property conveyance and encumbrance documents.
• Conduct bankruptcy searches and reviews in accordance with written procedures.
• Communicate with property owners, vendors, and clients regarding foreclosure status and inquiries.
• Coordinate and process all foreclosure-related mailings.
• Enter and maintain accurate data in spreadsheets and internal tracking systems.
• Order and review title reports using multiple platforms.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and vendors.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Assist with additional tasks and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills :

Education :

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
