AWHONN guidelines : 1 : 1, 1 : 2 labor, 1 : 3 couplets 20 patient rooms used as LDR and mom baby couplet rooms, 2 Ob ORs to circulate for c / sections, 3 OB ED rooms. Required Experience Min. Of 3 years of L&D experience Mother / baby experience preferred Postpartum couplet care experience strongly preferred. Required Certifications / License
