Requirements :

Licensed Architect with a minimum of 10 years of experience in architecture, with a focus on healthcare projects

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's degree preferred)

NCARB certification (preferred)

LEED or WELL AP certification or relevant experience

Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

Knowledge of building codes, industry trends, and building structures

Strong communication skills for client interaction and project presentations

Experience in managing projects, setting design direction, and producing technical drawings

Responsibilities :

Oversee project management, including design direction, budgeting, and scheduling to meet client deadlines

Produce design presentations, technical drawings, and project markups for engineers, drafters, and intern architects

Meet with clients to discuss design ideas, ensure satisfaction, and incorporate feedback

Stay current with industry trends, building codes, and design practices to enhance project quality and innovation

Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver award-winning designs that positively impact communities

Ideal Candidate :

The ideal candidate is a licensed architect with extensive healthcare project experience, strong client communication skills, and a passion for creative, high-quality design. This role is ideal for a seasoned architect looking to advance their career with opportunities for leadership and partnership.

Location : Southern Indiana (Evansville, IN)

Salary : $125,000 - $140,000 per year

Employment Type : Direct Hire

Shift and Hours : Monday- Friday 8 AM- 5 PM
