As a PRN CNA, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and assisting with daily activities to ensure the well-being and comfort of our residents / patients. You will work under the supervision of registered nurses and other healthcare professionals.\nKey Responsibilities\n

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.\n
• Provide basic patient care and support, including monitoring vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure, respiration, etc.).\n
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning of patients to maintain comfort and safety.\n
• Document patient care activities and report changes in patients' condition to the nursing staff.\n
• Help with feeding and hydration, ensuring patients' nutritional needs are met.\n
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients, including assisting with housekeeping tasks when needed.\n
• Support patients with emotional and psychological needs, providing companionship and comfort.\n
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain confidentiality at all times.\nQualifications\n
• High School diploma or equivalent.\n
• Current CNA certification in the state of Hawaii.\n
• CPR / BLS certification.\n
• Minimum 6 months of CNA experience.\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\n
