- Handle employment-related cases, including labor and employment litigation.
- Manage and prioritize a caseload from discovery through trial.
- Conduct written discovery, prepare and argue motions, and attend depositions.
- Represent clients in court hearings and other proceedings.
- Assist in preparing cases for trial.
- Collaborate with colleagues and provide strategic advice to clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and team members.
Requirements :
- Must be admitted to the State Bar of California.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in labor and employment litigation.
- Experience in written discovery, motion practice, depositions, and court hearings.
- Ability to manage cases and prepare them for trial.
- Ability to make in-person appearances as needed.
- Trial experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Education :
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications :
- Admitted to the State Bar of California.
