About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and inclusive Director of Global Procurement in Glen Allen VA to lead our global sourcing strategy and have responsibility for over $300M in spend. This role oversees procurement activities spanning direct and indirect spend across multiple sites in the Americas, with a strong emphasis on strategic sourcing, supplier performance, cost optimization, and innovation.

You will lead a high-performing procurement team, working collaboratively across functionsR&D, Finance, Production, and beyondto ensure our sourcing strategy supports our growth, quality, and sustainability goals. The compensation range for this role is $175,000 - $195,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
