We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Person to support the daily operations of our pistachio farm. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience with working on tractors, quads and farm equipment. Mechanical skills to maintain and repair farm vehicles and equipment. It also includes some irrigation repair so some plumbing knowledge is a benefit

• Experience in agricultural maintenance or a similar role required.
• Basic knowledge of irrigation systems, plumbing and mechanical repair.
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must be physically fit and able to work outdoors in various conditions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
