Position responsibilities :
Be available to cover weekly shiftsMust have a valid CMT in Maryland.Must have HHA or CNA.MUST be willing to drive throughout our service area to cover shifts. Additional locations may be added as we continue to expandDeliver services as outlined in a person-centered service plan, including but not limited to ambulation and transfers, bathing assistance, dressing and grooming, and meal prep.Specific Requirements :
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States18 years or olderPass a background checkHigh school degree / GEDBilingual is a plusCurrent CPR and First Aid requiredTB / PPD test requiredValid driver’s license, vehicle, and current insuranceAbility to handle physical aspects of the job, including bending, stooping, lifting, pushing, pulling, and walking for periods of timeAbility to travel within our service areasAbility to give and receive information orally, electronically and over the phoneMust be able to adequately document care plans in our patient care portalMust have HHA / CNA or be willing to enroll in HHA course
