Job descriptionOur client provides a strong culture with tons of employee events. Stability and a commitment to work-life balance. Manage and process accounts receivable transactions with precision and timeliness. Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Prepare and distribute invoices to customers while maintaining strong communication. Monitor and follow up on outstanding balances, ensuring prompt collection. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless financial operations. Generate regular reports and provide analysis on AR trends and performance. Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Proven experience as an AR Specialist or similar role. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Salary : $45,000-$55,000
