Job description
A company is looking for a YouTube Channel Manager to oversee the entire content journey on their YouTube channel.
Key Responsibilities :
Take full ownership of the YouTube channel including content strategy, scheduling, and community engagement
Ideate and script video topics aligned with company goals and audience needs
Analyze data to refine strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to amplify content
Required Qualifications :
2-4 years of experience managing a YouTube channel or similar long-form video presence
Strong understanding of YouTube analytics tools and SEO for video
Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to write or shape scripts
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
A data-driven mindset with a willingness to test and learn
