Job Description

Job Summary : Under the direction of the Cash Management Team Leader, performs all required functions in accordance with regulatory compliance guidelines with Cash Management and special focus on Cash Management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as a primary point of contact for treasury management clients, assisting with inquiries, technical support, and problem resolution.

Performs daily designated functions of Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), Positive Pay, Lockbox, Internal Sweeps, Business Online Banking, Business Online Wires and ACH Origination such as : Assist Cash Management Client Service Team Leader with updates to rules and regulations.

Assist Cash Management Sales Team and related departments deemed necessary in all areas of cash management and third-party processes such as : Assist the Cash Management Team Leader on special projects including the implementation of any products and services as well as establishing and maintaining procedures as it relates to cash management. Consistently seek opportunities to simplify documentation
