A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT REPRESENTATIVE :

In the morning, you'll efficiently dispatch assignments, ensuring accurate and secure handling. Your day involves direct client interactions, addressing their needs, and maintaining a calm atmosphere.

In the afternoon, you'll focus on meticulous data management, inputting notes and job details into our advanced systems.

This role goes beyond a job; it's a dynamic position where you contribute significantly to the security narrative.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

To be our Account Management Representative, you'll need :

  • 1+ years of dispatching experience (HVAC company or similar)
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Typing speed of 30+ words per minute
  • Take Initiative
  • Calm demeanor & Deescalation Skills
  • Punctuality
  • Ability to multitask
  • Attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish

WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION

  • Schedule : Full-Time, Monday to Friday, with potential for on-call duties.
