Arkansas Talent Group is exclusively working with a Private Equity backed business in the Services Industry that is seeking a Data Analyst in Little Rock ! The company is backed by one of the largest Private Equity Groups in the country, that is growing rapidly through a lot of acquisitions and organic growth!
They are looking for a Data Analyst who thrives on solving problems, understanding business drivers, and turning complex information into meaningful insights. This individual will play a critical role in shaping business strategy by providing data-driven recommendations. The position involves gathering, analyzing, and translating data into tools, dashboards, and reports that help leadership and teams make informed, strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Compile, clean, and validate data from different systems to ensure consistency and reliability
- Perform deep-dive analyses on large datasets to identify key business trends and opportunities
- Design and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports that clearly communicate insights
- Collaborate with finance, operations, marketing, and other functions to anticipate data needs and deliver timely analysis
- Develop and monitor performance metrics, providing leadership visibility into results and ROI
- Apply statistical techniques and modeling to generate forecasts and scenario planning
- Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline reporting, automation, and data workflows
- Summarize complex findings and present insights to executives in a clear, actionable manner
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field (advanced degree a plus).At least 2 years of professional experience in analytics, BI, or a related role.Skilled in SQL, Excel, and one or more visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).Experience with analytical tools / programming languages such as Python or R.Solid understanding of relational databases, data pipelines, and ETL concepts.Strong problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.Proven communication skills ability to translate complexity into business-oriented insights.Preferred Background
Hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or similar)Exposure to machine learning concepts or advanced statistical modelingExperience with financial, operational, or marketing-focused analyticsPrior work in a fast-paced, high-growth, or private equitybacked companyPerks :
