Position Overview :

We are looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our top-performing sales team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, a strong desire to succeed, and a proven ability to meet goals. This role requires promoting and selling products, providing exceptional service, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and reach out to salons via cold calling and referrals
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with new and existing clients
• Respond to client inquiries, manage communication throughout the sales cycle, and follow up with clients and prospects
• Cultivate new client relationships while strengthening existing ones
• Act as a resource for product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive insights
• Schedule and coordinate biweekly meetings with clients
• Organize and facilitate educational events
• Process and manage purchase orders for the region, along with other administrative tasks
