Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, First Shift 8:00 am-5:00 pm

Pay Rate: $21-$25 per hour

Location: San Jose, CA

Experience: 6+ months of Receptionist experience

We are excited to share a new opportunity! We are currently in need of an experienced Receptionist / Front Desk Representative for a bona fide top employer in this market!

Receptionist Responsibilities to include:

• Be the first point of contact and greet guests

• Process customer inquiries in person, by phone, or email

• Complete tasks in a timely manner

• Answer multiple phone lines

• Escalate issues to the designated resource

Receptionist Preferred Skills include:

• Recent experience in a receptionist position

• Possess strong multitasking and organization skills

• Must have a customer service mindset

• Must work well under pressure

• Willing to cross-train when needed

Receptionist Requirements include:

• Ability to provide 2 professional references

• Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screen

• Willingness to take skills assessments as needed
