Gala & Associates, Inc., a full service consulting Architectural and Engineering firm located in Beverly Hills, MI, is seeking a Sr. level Mechanical Engineer to work with our staff on our Automotive and Heavy Industrial projects.

Responsibilities :

• Lead our Mechanical department and provide technical design support to the design team
• Prepare schematic designs, construction documents and specifications in compliance with owners requirements and ensure governmental code compliance
• Prepare design calculations, drawings, specifications, design analysis and construction cost estimates
• Perform construction related services including shop drawing reviews, response to requests for information, conduct field / site surveys and observations
• Collaborate and coordinate design with engineers, architects, designers, owner, product manufacturers, vendors and building contractors as required
• Responsible for insuring accuracy and content of construction documents and coordination with other disciplines
