Sales Representative
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Representative to manage and grow client relationships across our diverse portfolio, including machinery supplies, technical services (IT / R&D), and pharmaceuticals. This essential role drives revenue by identifying customer needs, presenting technical and commercial solutions, and negotiating contracts. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to articulate value in complex environments.
Duties
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities within the assigned territory, targeting wholesale, manufacturing, or R&D clients.
- Present and demonstrate the value of our products (e.g., machinery, equipment, supplies) or services (e.g., scientific research, IT management) to prospective customers.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients, ensuring alignment with company targets and policies.
- Collaborate closely with technical, engineering, and operations teams to develop customized solutions and address complex client requirements.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal, maintaining detailed records in the CRM system.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to strategically position our offerings and identify new sales strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and performance metrics.
Experience & Qualifications
