As a non-working supervisor, you will be responsible for the overall management of the Civil Construction elements of Aldridge projects including, but not limited to, craft planning, scheduling, quality assurance and safety. Join us in shaping the future of our West Coast operations. The role is primarily a California position, however traveling and interacting with multiple project teams across various locations throughout the U.S. should be expected.

What we offer:
Subject to local Union pay rates per the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The role may also be eligible for a company vehicle and bonus. This is a union position and provides union benefits.
